We collect information only when you choose to send it through the estimate request form on this site. That is your name, phone number, email address, the project address or ZIP code if you provide one, the type of project you select, and any details you write in the message field.

We do not require you to create an account, and there is no way to submit payment information through this site.

This website sets no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any other third-party tracking. Nothing follows you across other websites as a result of visiting this one.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to build a profile of you.

We use what you send to reply to your inquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. We may contact you by phone, text, or email using the details you provide.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service that processes the message and emails it to us. Formspree acts on our behalf and its own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Beyond that, we share your information only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for — for example with a subcontractor, engineer, or permitting authority involved in your project — or where we are legally required to.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we need records of the project, including any warranty and tax or licensing obligations. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@nextoconstruction.com and we will handle it.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website can promise perfect security, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial or identification details through the form.

This site is intended for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here.
